LOVING GOD & HATING EVIL
Sometimes our LOVE for GOD is manifested by what we HATE. Yes, you read that correctly. This is not meant to be a provocative statement—it’s the real truth...biblical truth. Read this carefully...JESUS LOVED RIGHTEOUSNESS and HATED LAWLESSNESS — and because of it, GOD anointed him with the oil of gladness beyond all others (Hebrews 1:9).
The FEAR that of the Lord is to HATE EVIL (Proverbs 8:13). Let that sink in dear Friends. It goes on...to hate evil, hate pride and arrogance, evil behavior and perverse speech.
Lets be clear — we do not hate people but we HATE THE EVIL and the willful compliance of people to partner with wicked corrupting spirits. Make no mistake—in these last days, the church that Jesus is building is going to confront the workers of the devil with all authority and power!
WAKE UP! The passivity of many in the church in this hour is beyond pitiful. Do not be conformed to the spirit of the age. Christians act like God is putting gold stars on His fridge next to their pictures in heaven because they’re so nice and sweet. When God puts His eternal living burning fire in your soul you will love what He loves and hate what He hates.
Until we begin to love righteous and hate lawlessness we will never step forward into this divine confrontation against evil in our beloved nation. Until we hate sin destroying souls that are perishing we will not get on our knees and cry out to God nor stand boldly to proclaim His gospel. Until we begin to hate sickness and disease robbing and destroying lives we will not cry out for God to use us in healing and miracles. Until we hate poverty and lack robbing lives we will not cry out for God to use us to bring people into abundance and prosperity. Frankly, until we hate the sin in our own lives we will just go on tolerating it. Passivity must be given no place. The fear of the Lord is to hate evil.
The divine confrontation has come. The future belongs to righteous.
